HEINKEL Cloth Reversible Centrifuge

Due to the reverse cloth type, all products can be discharged without residue. It is an automatic device that is user-friendly, eliminating the need for opening and scraping during discharge.

This is a centrifuge manufactured by Heinkel, characterized by a completely sealed mechanism and fully automated processes. By incorporating the PAC pressurized filtration system, it further enhances dewatering capabilities and enables the filtration of difficult-to-filter substances. It also boasts a high centrifugal force of up to 3,000 G. The synergy between high G and the PAC system allows for a reduction in size compared to centrifuges from other manufacturers. It is an ideal device for applications in pharmaceutical active ingredients, intermediates, and high-performance resin electronic components. It enables centrifugal dewatering of hazardous raw materials while contained, and with automatic liquid injection and cake discharge, it allows for safe, secure, and labor-saving operations without the need for operator intervention.

【Case Study】Automatically recover all crystals without exposure!

It is possible to recover the entire amount of high-priced crystals. Furthermore, production in a sealed environment is possible, which reduces the risks of contamination and exposure, and fully automated operation is also feasible.

We received an inquiry from Company O, a manufacturer of electronic materials, stating, "We want to automatically discharge crystals without exposure. Additionally, since the unit price of the product is high, we want to recover all of it." We proposed the all-recovery type centrifuge "FLOWM." [About FLOWM] While conventional top-discharge types allow for complete recovery, they pose a risk of foreign matter contamination due to the open state during product retrieval. Furthermore, the necessity for manual retrieval by operators increases their workload, consequently raising labor costs. On the other hand, fully automatic bottom-discharge types tend to leave residual crystals, making complete recovery difficult, and they are inferior to top-discharge types in terms of cleanability. This is where the cloth-inversion type centrifuge FLOWM comes into focus. The cloth-inversion type FLOWM eliminates the need for a scraping device, which is essential in fully automatic systems, by inverting the filter cloth to extract crystals, thus enabling complete recovery. Moreover, it allows for production in a sealed environment, reducing the risks of contamination and exposure, and it can operate fully automatically. It also boasts excellent cleanability, allowing for cleaning in a sealed state. Additionally, the opening and closing mechanism is standardly equipped and is designed to operate without requiring power, contributing to an oil-free operation.
